Danza Primal is medicine for the spirit, body and soul and offers us a safe space to embody our truest essence and begin to transcend limitations that impede us from shining bright.
Every week we will explore a different energetic center (Chakra 6 & 7 will be practiced together). On January 16th, this Sunday, we will begin with the root chakra that provides us with the trust and self-confidence we need to confront our fears, set limits and know with certainty that our life is sacred and deserves to be lived in its full potential.
The recommendation: Assist the 6 sessions that will allow you to integrate fully all the energies of your internal map. At the same time, know that there is NO obligation to participate in all of the workshops.
There are no pre-requisites to participate in any of the workshops, as long as you come with an open-mind and open-heart.
